These Terms govern your use of Fresh Check: App & Phone (package name: com.freshcheck.app, the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App lists the apps installed on your device, indicates which of them have a newer version available on the store, and shows a summary of your device status such as storage, memory, battery and Android version. The App is free and displays ads.
Version information is obtained from publicly available store listings. Results may be delayed or incomplete depending on your region, the store, and how each app is distributed. The App does not install or update apps on your behalf — tapping an update simply opens the corresponding store page, where you decide whether to proceed.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable law, and must not reverse-engineer or tamper with the App or interfere with its normal operation.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Please see the Privacy Policy for details on ad serving.
The App is provided "as is". Available information varies by device manufacturer, model and Android version, and the developer does not guarantee that update or device information is complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
The developer may change the App's features or discontinue it, and will announce significant changes through the App or this page.
If these Terms change, the updated text and its effective date will be posted on this page.
